ABCO Paper: Has supplied paper goods to businesses in the Austin Area for over 25 years. Abco serves us with earth-friendly products for the majority of our to-go packaging.
El Lago: A family owned chips and tortilla factory located on east 4th street since 1967. El Lago has made it their mission to only use non-GMO products and 100% canola oil.
The New World Bakery: Located in Kyle Texas, The New World Bakery specializes in artisan breads using the highest quality of ingredients. They provide us with our buns and breads.
Engel Farms: Paul Engel, out of Fredericksburg, TX, supplies us with all of our our seasonal fruits and vegetables, most famously our summer tomatoes.
Segovia Produce: Mr. & Mrs. Joe E. Segovia established the company in 1972, with one truck and one employee. 33 years later the company is still family owned and operated. They serve us daily with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Farm to Table: They bring a diverse collection of farms and ranches located throughout Texas to local restaurant and more. Farm to Table provides us with seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Meat & Dairy:
Vital Farms: Started in 2007, Matt O’Hayer would sell eggs door to door to enter into the egg business. Vital Farms provide us with pasture-raised, organic, GMO free eggs.
Pederson’s Natural Farms: Since 1992 they have prided themselves in producing the highest quality fresh and smoked meats. Pederson’s provides us with our special blend of breakfast sausage along with seasonal sausages.
Twin County Dorpers: Located in Harper, Texas, Isabelle and Lloyd treat their lambs like family. Nothing genetically altered are used to raise their animals. They provide us with high quality, fresh ground lamb.
Richardson Farms: Jim and Kaye in Rockdale Texas, pride themselves in raising happy pigs. These happy pigs are not confined to pens and this allows them to socialize. They provide us with seasonal pork items.

Third Coast Coffee: we roast high grown 100% Arabica coffees for the finest restaurants and bakeries in Central Texas.
Walters’ Bay & Co: All our teas are plucked by hand, never by a machine. 100% pure Ceylon tea, unblended, directly from our own estate. Bogawantalawa Estate has been exporting tea since 1869….for over 135 years!
Break it Down: Break it Down was founded by the wife and husband duo, Melanie MacFarlane and Jeff Paine, in the summer of 2009. What began as a recognition that there were no composting services available for local businesses has grown to include social dimensions, educational programs, and a fully-established composting and recycling program.
