Don’t worry Austin, we still have more fancy featured pancakes up our sleeves but you will start to see some of the most popular flavors make a return in the next few weeks. This week we have brought back our Carrot Cake pancakes.
For those of you who missed them the first time around, our Carrot Cake pancakes have all of the best elements of an actual Carrot Cake. We add spice cake seasoning (including clove and cinnamon) to our standard buttermilk pancakes, then we throw in some freshly shredded carrots, raisins and walnuts. That sounds good all by itself doesn’t it? Well, the thing that makes it truly fantastic is the scoop of cream cheese topping we add.
Like many of our featured pancakes, the Carrot Cake variety doesn’t really need syrup-especially if you’re sure to spread the cream cheese topping around. If you’re ordering a short stack, we recommend putting the cream cheese spread between the two pancakes so it gets nice and melted.
As usual, you can order the Carrot Cake pancakes as part of any combo including the Breakfast Platter. These pancakes will be available through the weekend and won’t change until Tuesday, so get ’em while you can!
