Happy Halloween!
}

One of the benefits of living in Austin, is you really get to weird-it-up on Halloween. Since Halloween fell on a Friday this year, we’ve been keeping things weird all week long. Our dinner crew at Kerbey Lane S. Lamar takes Halloween so seriously that they actually had themed costumes in the days leading up to Halloween. If you’re reading this from some place other than Austin, they may sound odd but if you live here then chances are you have multiple costumes each year as well. We had so many great looks in our stores this week and we are excited to see even more tonight.

With F1 Weekend and Halloween both taking over downtown Austin at the same time, we’re expecting to see lots of people at each of our six Austin-area locations this evening. Just as a friendly reminder, most of our stores are very handy to CapMetro bus stops so you can get from downtown to Kerbey for a $1 bus ride. Please don’t drink and drive tonight or any night.

As you know Halloween is the final day of October so, it’s your last chance to purchase a Pink Pancake for the Cure T-Shirt and/or a Pink Pancake. Proceeds from the sale of these items goes directly to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas. So, if you’re stopping by tonight be sure to let your server know you want to help the BCRC.

Chances are, if you’re a Kerbey Enthusisast, you already know that The Great Pumpkin Menu is NOW AVAILABLE but just in case you hadn’t heard, consider this a friendly reminder. That means, if you stop by this weekend we’ll have Pumpkin Pancakes, Pumpkin French Toast and all sorts of other delectable things to enjoy. This weekend’s featured pancakes are Cinnamon Roll, Vegan Cinnamon Peach & Gluten Free Banana Cream Spice. These featured items are only available until Tuesday morning, so if you’ve been hankering for Cinnamon Roll pancakes be sure to stop by soon.

Before you ask, we WILL have Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Pancakes as well as Vegan Cinnamon Roll Pancakes over the next few weeks but right now we’re featuring our classic Cinnamon Roll Pancake. It’s hard to believe we’ve only been serving Cinnamon Roll Pancakes for a couple of years and they’ve already become such a staple of the Kerbey experience.

Whether you’re headed to COTA, dressing up to go downtown or looking for a chill evening with family and friends, we’d love for you to stop by. Tell us about your adventures over a nice bowl of queso.

Happy Halloween Austin!
