Spring Menu Spotlight: Allie’s Vegan ‘Which

This week’s Spring Menu Spotlight is a nod to of our former employees. Allie worked as a server at our UT location while she studied marketing at the University of Texas. After putting in lots of hard work at the University she graduated with a degree in marketing and started working in our office. She re-imagined what Kerbey’s marketing could and would be for years to come and now she has moved on to a larger company doing what she loves.
 
Years before she became Kerbey’s marketing maven she invented her own Vegan sandwich. It has become so popular that is has appeared on several seasonal menus over the years and we even have customers who request it when it’s not on the seasonal menu. It’s a sandwich with spinach, hummus, tomatoes, avocado and cucumber on your choice of sourdough, wheat, or texas toast from New World Bakery. We’re not going to tell you which side to choose but if you don’t get this sandwich with sweet potato fries on the side, you’re really missing out. Happy eating!
