Spring Menu Spotlight: Pulled Pork Tacos

Before the premier of each seasonal menu, we cook all of the dishes for our staff so they can better inform our guests about the items. When we made the Pulled Pork Tacos before the Spring menu premiered our staff was ecstatic. We did a form of Pork tacos that were really good last year but this year we’ve really upped the ante. Once again, we are using high-quality pork from our friends at Richardson Farms on this dish.
The Pulled Pork Tacos are two tacos filled with pulled pork, marinated red onions, spicy cole slaw and fresh cilantro on your choice of tortilla, served with rice and beans or a choice of house or Caesar salad. If you are not a fan of spicy foods, don’t worry the spicy cole slaw won’t set your mouth on fire it just adds a bit of a kick. It does contain a bit of Cayenne pepper and some jalapenos but it’s also soaked in Apple Cider and Balsamic vinegars, which tames the heat from the peppers. We don’t think these tacos require salsa but feel free to add it if you like. Enjoy!
