Valentine’s Day Menu
}

Chef Joel has been hard at work in the Kerbey commissary creating some special menu items to feature for Valentine’s Day this year and we wanted you to have a heads up so you can start making your own Valentine’s plans. Over the years we have heard many great stories about couples who met in our restaurants, had their first dates over Kerbey Queso or even got engaged while sitting in one of our booths. This year, whether you’re planning to come in with your special someone, with your friends, family or even by yourself we’ll have some great options for you.

Firstly, we should mention that we’ll have our normal 24/7 menu available. We’re not the sort of place that’s going to force you to order a specific meal just because it’s a holiday. It should also be noted that our special Valentine’s Day features are meals for one so if you’re in the mood for pancakes but your sweetheart wants to get something a bit fancier, we’re more than happy to accomodate.

Now for the good stuff. We don’t have pictures of the menu items yet because Chef Joel just told us what to expect a couple of days ago. For the omnivorous eater, we’ll be offering Braised beef short ribs in a rich beef stock with pearl onions, carrots, and wild mushrooms served with a wedge salad and a dinner roll.

For the vegetarian in your life we’ll be offering a wonderful pasta dish: Fettucini with sauted broccoli, cauliflower, shallots, and cherry tomatoes in a creamy garlic wine sauce topped with parmesan cheese. Served with a wedge salad and a dinner roll.

Pair these meals with a nice bottle of wine and top it off with some Chocolate Malt Cheesecake and you’ve achieved some essential ingredients for a highly memorable Valentine’s Day. We look forward to seeing you!
